Managed Accounts Payable
Invoice intake, coding, vendor bill processing, payment preparation and approval coordination. Course management retains final payment authorization.
Month-End Close
Structured close procedures, balance sheet review, journal entries and financial statement preparation.
Controller Reporting
Management-ready income statements, balance sheets, budget-to-actual reporting and financial oversight.
Payroll Processing — Optional
Payroll processing and related accounting are available as an optional service for ongoing accounting clients.
Golf-Specific Accounting
Accounting for green fees, memberships, golf shop, food and beverage, inventory, gift cards, rain checks and other golf-specific activity.

Core monthly bookkeeping starts at $1,750/month. Final pricing reflects transaction volume and operational complexity. House-account management, where applicable, carries an additional required fee; payroll processing is optional and priced separately.

House Accounts & A/R Management
If your facility uses member or customer house accounts, FFM manages billing, payment posting, receivables reconciliation and aging. This required service is priced according to account volume and complexity.
